333bct Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or placing any wager through the 333bct platform at https://333bct.net (the "Platform"), you ("the User", "you", "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 333bct ("we", "us", "our", "the Company") with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings of any nature. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms apply to all services offered on the Platform, including but not limited to sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi), live casino games, slot titles, bingo, fishing games, bonus programmes, and any future services we may introduce. Specific promotional or game-type rules published elsewhere on the Platform supplement these Terms and must be read in conjunction with them.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to and use of the 333bct Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. Registration by or on behalf of any person under 18 years old is strictly forbidden.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from the 333bct Platform.
• You are not registered as a problem gambler with any gambling support service that has notified 333bct of your exclusion status.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your place of residence.

Age Verification

333bct employs a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process for all registered accounts. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents — such as a National ID card, passport, or driving licence — to verify your age, identity, and address before withdrawals are processed or bonus funds are released. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Geographic Eligibility

The 333bct Platform is operated and marketed primarily for the Bangladesh market. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform is lawful under the laws of your specific jurisdiction. 333bct makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate, available, or legally permitted for use in any jurisdiction outside its primary market. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so entirely at their own risk and responsibility.

3. Account Registration and Management

To access the full range of services on the 333bct Platform — including placing bets, playing casino games, making deposits and withdrawals, and claiming bonuses — you must register a player account. The following rules apply to account registration and ongoing account management:

One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on the 333bct Platform at any time. Opening duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts — whether using the same personal details or different credentials — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts may be suspended, balances may be voided, and pending withdrawals may be cancelled pending investigation.

Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information at the time of registration and keep this information updated throughout the life of your account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and preferred payment method details. 333bct reserves the right to request documentary evidence supporting any information you have provided and to suspend your account pending verification.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party, permit any other person to use your account, or access another player's account. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorised by you. 333bct strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account and using a unique, strong password that is not shared across other online services.

Account Currency

All 333bct player accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the Platform to represent BDT amounts. No multi-currency accounts are available. No foreign currency deposits are accepted. All transaction values shown on the Platform are in BDT.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

333bct processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following supported payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank. The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals on the Platform:

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply per payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit.
• bKash and Nagad deposits are typically credited to your 333bct account within 30 seconds of successful payment confirmation.
• Bank card and online banking deposits (Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank) may take up to 15 minutes to reflect in your account balance during periods of high network traffic.
• 333bct does not charge any deposit processing fee. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — please consult your payment provider's terms for details.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account or card registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will trigger an account review.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are displayed in your account withdrawal panel.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible, in accordance with anti-money-laundering (AML) requirements.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to a standard KYC and security review. Accounts that have not completed identity verification may experience delays in withdrawal processing.
• 333bct targets withdrawal processing times of under 24 hours for fully verified accounts. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within 1–4 hours during normal operating hours.
• 333bct reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal that it deems unusual in size, frequency, or pattern.

Anti-Money-Laundering Policy

333bct is committed to preventing the use of its Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. We reserve the right to suspend account activity, freeze balances, and report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities where we have reasonable grounds to suspect such activity. Players are required to cooperate fully with any AML investigation by providing requested documentation within the timeframe specified.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

333bct offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, BPL cricket season promotions, and seasonal campaign bonuses tied to events such as Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, and Pohela Boishakh. The following terms apply to all bonuses and promotions:

• All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, minimum odds, time limits, and game restrictions that are published alongside each individual promotion. These promotion-specific terms supplement and take precedence over this general section where they conflict.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must meet the applicable wagering requirement before they — or any winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn as real BDT funds.
• 333bct reserves the right to refuse, modify, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time where it suspects the offer is being abused, exploited, or claimed through the use of multiple accounts, automated tools, or other fraudulent means.
• Only one active bonus may be held per account at any time unless the applicable promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred between accounts or redeemed for cash outside of the published wagering and withdrawal terms.
• Players must be 18 years of age or older to claim any bonus or participate in any promotion on the 333bct Platform.

6. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

As a registered user of the 333bct Platform, you agree to use the Platform solely for its intended purpose of personal entertainment gaming and sports wagering in compliance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform (see Section 3 — Account Registration).
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age or registering on behalf of a minor.
• Using automated bots, scripts, crawlers, data-scraping tools, or any other automated means to access, interact with, or extract data from the Platform.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, game errors, or platform vulnerabilities to gain an unfair financial advantage. Any winnings obtained through the exploitation of technical errors will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets, including through information sharing in live betting contexts.
• Attempting to launder money or conduct any transaction that would violate applicable anti-money-laundering laws.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals after funds have been credited and used on the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing customer support staff or other platform users in any communication channel.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access the source code of any part of the 333bct Platform.

333bct reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be in violation of these obligations, to void all associated wagers and bonuses, and to withhold balances pending investigation. In cases of suspected fraud or criminal activity, 333bct may report the matter to relevant law enforcement authorities.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the 333bct Platform — including but not limited to the 333bct brand name and logo, website design and layout, text, graphics, images, icons, game interfaces, software, data compilations, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 333bct or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our express written consent.
• Distribute, publish, transmit, or publicly display any Platform content for commercial purposes.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices displayed on the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any third-party website or application without written authorisation from 333bct.

Game content (titles, graphics, RNG engines, and associated assets) provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is licensed to 333bct for deployment on the Platform. 333bct does not claim ownership of third-party game content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 333bct and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its services.

Without limiting the foregoing, 333bct specifically excludes liability for:

• Financial losses incurred as a result of gambling activity on the Platform, including losses arising from game outcomes, bet settlements, or odds movements in sports betting markets.
• Interruptions to Platform availability due to scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, technical failures, cyberattacks, internet service provider outages, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security (see Section 3).
• Delays in payment processing attributable to your payment provider, banking partner, or mobile financial service (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) rather than to 333bct's own payment infrastructure.
• Any reliance on information, content, or game outcome data displayed on the Platform that may, due to technical error, be temporarily inaccurate.

In any event, 333bct's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you on the Platform in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

333bct reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.
• Failure to complete KYC identity verification within the required timeframe following a request from 333bct.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Discovery that the account is a duplicate of another account held by the same individual.
• Account inactivity — accounts that have had no login, deposit, or wagering activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more may be classified as dormant and subject to administrative closure after reasonable notice.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under 333bct's Responsible Gaming programme.

Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your 333bct account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of applicable bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to your most recently verified payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure unless otherwise stated in the applicable bonus terms.

Dormant Account Policy

An account is classified as dormant if there has been no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months. 333bct will attempt to contact you at your registered email address before taking any action on a dormant account. A monthly administrative fee of ৳100 may be deducted from dormant account balances after the twelve-month dormancy threshold has been reached, subject to the balance remaining positive. 333bct will not deduct fees that reduce your balance below zero.

10. Amendments to These Terms

333bct reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When we make material changes to these Terms — including changes that affect your rights, obligations, payment terms, or account management rules — we will take reasonable steps to notify you, which may include:

• Displaying a prominent notification banner on the Platform the next time you log in after the change has taken effect.
• Sending a notification to your registered email address.
• Updating the "Effective Date" shown at the top of this page to reflect the date the revised Terms came into force.

Your continued use of the 333bct Platform after any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full. If you do not agree with any change, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 9 of these Terms.

We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed of any updates. The current version of these Terms is always accessible at https://333bct.net/terms-conditions and supersedes all prior versions.

These Terms & Conditions were last reviewed and updated effective 1 January 2026. They apply to all registered players and all visitors to the 333bct Platform from that date onward. 333bct reserves all rights not expressly granted to users under these Terms.
